Our relationship with our clients is very important to us. Our aim is not to simply sell you something but rather to establish an effective working partnership with you and your club. We meet annually with each client to get feedback on the product and to identify any new business needs. Between meetings we keep clients up to date, via email, of any new developments in the product, highlighting anything that will be of particular interest to them.
We regularly review how the clients are using the software with an aim to helping them get as much out of TeamManager Pro® as they can. Furthermore, our clients are able to suggest system modifications and advise regarding the future functionalities.
